It's good to know what to expect before embarking on your loft conversion project. We've provided you with an overview that will do just this as well as helping you to ask the right questions when choosing the right partner for your loft conversion.

1. Sales Consultation – your first meeting with us to ensure your loft space is able to be converted, discuss what you want to achieve from your loft and any related issues such as plumbing if you are looking for a bathroom in the loft. We will also discuss accessibility to the loft and different light options. We will talk you through A1 Lofts, our processes, services and the way we operate and will answer any questions you may have. At the end of this meeting we will tell you when you will receive your personalised A1 proposal for your project.

3. Viewings – we have a show house that you can visit which will give you a good idea of some of the things can be achieved in your loft space as well as the high standard of the final finish. We are also happy to arrange for you to view some of our customers completed loft conversions that are close to you and of a similar style to your property. We have completed over 1,000 loft conversions in the past 10 years and so have many different types of properties to choose from.
