involved our first installation of the VELUX Balconette.
For the owners of this lovely detached property on
the outskirts of Wimbledon, it was very important that
their loft conversion complemented the existing character
of the home and, if possible, even
enhanced it.
We were able to achieve a beautiful, large and bright
double bedroom with en-suite and even added a balcony
with space for a table and chairs providing an idyllic
‘room with a view’.
The VELUX balconette does not require altering the
roof of the property like dormer conversions do and
seating area is actually within the room itself –
a very clever design.
Some areas will not be able to add this balcony due
the planning regulations with the council, however,
if it is allowed in your area you can be sure that our

at the council at record speed!
