We completed a rear dormer loft conversion for this property adding a double bedroom with en suite.
The full width bi-folding glass doors with glass balustrade really open up the room and bring in maximum daylight with a beautiful and uninterrupted view.
For the en suite we were able to create enough space for a toilet, sink, shower and bath with a large VELUX window again bringing in as much daylight as possible.
As can be seen, we have optimized on storage whilst maintaining a large amount of space within the room.
