We completed a rear dormer loft conversion and two storey side extension for this property creating a larger living space for a growing family.

The loft conversion created a fourth double bedroom with en-suite windows matching those in the rest of the house.

The ground floor extension was used to create a large kitchen area at the back and a study at the front. Moving the kitchen into the extension then allowed the dining room to be opened up and providing room for adults and children to dine together.

The second storey of the extension was used to create a larger bathroom adding a shower area as well as converting a small third bedroom into a large double bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe.

Therefore, this property was converted from a two double and one single bedroom with a small kitchen and dining area to a four double bedroom property with large kitchen opening onto a family dining area.

It is a larger project but with the right partner it is much easier than moving and a great investment in their property.
