We completed a rear dormer
loft conversion and ground floor extension for this
property.
The loft conversion consists
of two double bedrooms and one shower room creating
the necessary extra space for a house share.
The ground floor extension
enabled the kitchen to be extended onto a contemporary
lounge area completely opening up onto the garden through
large concertina doors – ideal for entertaining,
especially in the summer months.
The attention to detail
carries through to the outside with the slate roof of
the loft conversion matching the roof of the extension,
pulling the two projects together.
