The brief for this semi detached property was to add a ‘therapy room’ for the owner’s business, a study combined with a guest room and an en suite.
To achieve this number of rooms within a relatively small available area we really had to get innovative!
We completed a rear ‘L’ shaped dormer and, as can be seen from the images below, spread the conversion over a split level which provided an even more secure and private feel to the ‘therapy room’.
