The
brief for this semi-detached property was to add a ‘therapy
room’ for the owner’s business, a study/guest
room and en-suite.
To achieve this number
of rooms within a relatively small available area we
really had to get innovative!
We completed a rear L-shaped
dormer and, as can be seen from the pictures, spread
the conversion over a split level which resulted in
providing an even more secure and private feeling to
the ‘therapy room’.
