This is a very stylish solution for a family yearning for more space in a beautiful home in a great location.
Initially we completed a rear dormer loft conversion for this property and then went on to complete the extension.
The loft conversion consists of a double bedroom, an en suite bathroom and French doors, providing the parents with a peaceful hideaway from their four lively children!
The extension opened up the kitchen onto the garden enabling us to create a lovely family area including lounge and dining areas. The extension doors open up on two sides onto the patio and garden creating a light and open space.
From the outside you can see how the loft and extension complements the house with the door frames matching the slate of the loft conversion. From inside-out this property represents a beautiful balance of traditional and modern style.
