This period property is located in a conservation area where there are strict guidelines in place. All work carried out must adhere to these guidelines.
We created a side pitched dormer with conservation windows. Looking at the featured images below you will see a number of features that the owners have included, which, along with their attention to detail and the overall construction of the loft has enhanced the enchanting character of this property.
Space is often limited when creating a conversion in a conservation area. However, this double bedroom and bathroom demonstrate perfectly just what can be achieved in that space.
