We created a pitched dormer loft conversion and ground floor back and side extension for this property.
The loft conversion consists of a double bedroom with en suite. The pitched dormer is in keeping with the property and adds character to both the inside and outside of the home.
The extension for this property has enabled the kitchen to be extended and includes a large dining area. The roof windows above the side extension bring extra daylight into the property above the kitchen area. At the back of the property there is a window above the sink overlooking the garden and bi-folding doors opening up the rear of the property.
As can be seen from the exterior both the loft conversion and extension have been completed with great care and are in keeping with the character of the property.
